Our Recovery Soak comes in 32 oz containers and can be used in hot or cold water. Use post-workout to relieve those areas that are painful. According to the size of your tub, pour 2-4 cups of the crystals in the tub. Soak for 30-60 minutes for maximum Magnesium-impact.
